Here's all the information you'll need to help round out your SWERVE experience.
We understand that unexpected events come up and we make every effort to accommodate our students needs. In order to provide the best possible SWERVE experience we schedule instructors and resources for your student a minimum of 2 days prior to their scheduled drive. Additional fees are charged to our customers only to cover the costs associated with the resources associated with the event.

What if I need to miss a class?
No problem, however, the state policy is that a student can make up no more than 3 classes in a program and missed classes do need to be made up within 10 days. Space is limited at each location so please call our Customer Center 877-7SWERVE (877-779-3783) to schedule a make up session for you.

What if I have to cancel, reschedule or miss my drive appointment?
Drives may be canceled or rescheduled at no charge up to 2 days in advance of the appointment. If you do need to cancel, reschedule or miss a drive within 2 days of a scheduled session we do charge a $37.50 fee to cover the costs associated with your missed appointment.

What if I show up for a drive without my permit or corrective lenses?
State law will not allow us to take a student out on a drive without their permit. If the permit states that the student needs corrective lenses then the student is required by law to have their corrective lenses while they are driving. If you aren’t able to do a drive because of a missing permit or corrective lenses, we charge a $37.50 fee to cover the costs associated with your missed appointment.

What is your refund policy?
If for any reason a course you have registered for will no longer work for you and we can’t find a suitable alternative, we will refund 100% of the cost of your course up to the first day of class. A 50% refund will be given up to class 3. There are no refunds given after Class 3.

I can’t find my Traffic Safety Certificate. How do I get another one?
The Traffic Safety Certificate is a regulated state document. If a student needs a Certificate reissued there is a $20.00 reprocessing fee and generally we require 48 hours to work with the state to reprocess that certificate.

Can I reschedule the date of my Drive Fit Course?
Our Drive Fit Program is extremely popular and dates are usually sold out. Because of the demand for space we require a minimum of 30 days notice prior to your Drive Fit session to reschedule this program for you. Less than 30 days notice will result in a $100.00 reschedule fee. We are unable to refund or reschedule less than 7 days prior to your Drive Fit Course.
