Instructors
Not everyone is cut out to work with teenagers; it takes a certain kind of person to earn their respect without just letting them do whatever they want. Being able to teach and manage a classroom is just as important as being able to instruct a drive.

- How do you train your instructors to work with teens?
- Were your instructors trained “on the job” or did they take a formal course?
- Do you survey your students about their teachers? What do they say?

Where do you start? How can you tell if a particular school is right for your family? Here are some things to consider.
